 The
Ernakulam Co-operative House Construction Society Ltd., the
first one of its kind in the co-operative sector in Kerala,
Registered in ther year 1969 under the leadership of late V.V.
Giri then Governor of Kerala and later the President of India.
The society has been succesful in promoting and completing various
projects like the Giri Nagar South Housing Colony, Giri Nagar
North Housing Colony, Jawahar Nagar Housing Colony, Subhash
Nagar Housing Colony, all at Ernakulam.
The society, has to its credit the Golden Jubilee Apartments
located on
S R M Road, close to the north railway station.There are
fifteen two bedroom (1090 sq ft) and eight (1070 sq ft), three
bed room appartments. The appartment provides seasoned hard
wood doors and windows and polished granities for the entrance
lobby.
The society also undertakes house constructions, house plots
are also offered in prestigeous colonies at affordable prices
and loan facilities for construction are available, payable
in instalments.
